I was born in Philadelphia, Pa. and grew up outside of Allentown, Pa. in a little place called Emmaus.  I have lived in Tucson long enough to call it home.  Thanks to having older siblings, I was brought up on Classic Rock it's what I know best and love most!

You can hear me Saturday Middays, and Sunday Mornings at 8:30 Hosting "KLPX Comes Alive"

Razor was born right here in Tucson, and grew up listening to KLPX and plastering their bumper stickers all over town. He left for 21 years, and when he returned, KLPX was still here! Yea!! But someone cleaned up his bumper sticker work. Boo!! Now, he's rockin' the airwaves that rocked him.

He's a radio veteran that has the classic rock bug. Caution: He's infectious!

Hear Razor Saturday Nights cranking the 70's Hard Rock and 80's Hair Metal. Razor also gives you the latest Traffic updates during the World Famous Frank Show and Afternoons with Beth Simmons.

DC Collins has a blue collar work ethic. You get that when you grow up in Southwestern Pennsylvania! (Pittsburgh) The three things that everyone there knows from birth is this. The work ethic, there is only Rock and Roll, and you gotta root for the Pittsburgh Steelers! DC put a decade or so in here on the air waves at KLPX ten years ago! Since then he’s had several jobs including stints in Film, Television, and the High Tech Computer Industry! But something just wasn’t right! We fixed that for him though! We gave him his old job back! Now he’s back on the air where he belongs. DC says it’s the music, “That’s really why I came back. For me it was a simple honest passion for Rock and Roll! I love music and being here is as close to it as I can get!” “I’m a true DJ for the people too”, says DC. “I’ll bust my ass to get a song on for you, so be careful what you ask for, you just might get it”!

Hear DC Saturday Afternoons and Sunday Middays on KLPX.

Kira, originally from North Carolina, grew up listening to Motley Crue, ZZ Top and Van Halen. An adrenaline junky, she does anything from cliff jumping to racing her motorcycle. You can probably see her taking photos during many awesome KLPX concerts. Starting in promotions to on-air, she continues to rock her face off to the best tunes in Tucson!

As was often the practice of Kentucky Society families, Elaine was shipped off to an elite boarding school at the age of thirteen. While away at boarding school she reportedly went out of her way to defy the school's authority and strict dress code. As a consequence, she often found herself visiting the Headmistress's office for attitude assessment/ adjustment. Elaine was a dreamer and didn't want any part of the plaid skirt dress code.

Her studies didn't suffer though, because she possessed a gifted intellect. While studying late one night, Elaine heard a song on the radio that challenged her conservative, classical music upbringing: Led Zeppelin's “Kashmir.” The live sound of the Egyptian/Moroccan orchestra really turned her world upside down.

Elaine's quick wit and this ability to use her head led her boyfriend at the time to suggest she pursue a career in radio.

Enjoy your time with Elaine! She's very addicting …an exotic flash of adrenaline that will get you cranked up!!
