PHOENIX, Arizona — The Miss Arizona Volunteer State Pageant is now accepting applications for its 2026 competition, taking place on Saturday, November 8 at the Ray and Joan Kroc Salvation Army Theatre in Phoenix.
Organizers are seeking contestants in two age divisions: Miss (ages 17–26) and Teen (ages 13–18).
This is a unique opportunity for young women across Arizona to earn college scholarships, build leadership skills, serve their communities through meaningful volunteerism, and compete for the chance to represent Arizona at the national Miss Volunteer America Pageant and the Miss Teen Volunteer America Pageant. Participants will join a growing movement of young leaders who are passionate about service and personal development. In addition to scholarships and stage experience, contestants gain access to volunteer initiatives supporting national philanthropies including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and The Salvation Army.
Miss Volunteer America is a values-based, service-oriented scholarship program. Built on five pillars: scholarship, education, responsibility, volunteerism, and empowerment, the program empowers young women to thrive academically and make meaningful contributions in their communities.
“Whether you’re passionate about advocacy, public speaking, leadership, or giving back, this pageant is a platform for young women to shine,” said a spokesperson for Miss Arizona Volunteer. “We’re looking for contestants who want to make a difference—and have fun doing it!”
The November 8 event is open to the public. Family, friends, and supporters are encouraged to attend and cheer on Arizona’s next generation of changemakers.
